Zardoz – DVD (1974)
John Boorman’s wonderfully bizarre cult sci-fi stars Sean Connery as Zed, a Brutal living in a post-apocalyptic future where humanity is divided between the primitive outsiders and the seemingly immortal Eternals. When Zed enters their protected world, he begins to uncover the strange secrets behind Zardoz and the society that controls them.
A seriously strange, ambitious and visually unforgettable piece of ’70s science fiction—and one of those films that has to be seen to be believed.
This UK 20th Century Fox Region 2 PAL DVD runs for approximately 101 minutes and features 2.35:1 widescreen presentation, English Dolby Digital 3.0 audio and subtitles in numerous languages.
