Returns

At Reel Roams, we carefully inspect and describe all items to ensure transparency for collectors.

Due to the nature of physical media, we only accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • An incorrect item has been sent
  • The item received does not match its description

If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item received.

Condition Notes

All items are described as accurately as possible, including condition details. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing, as we do not offer returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • The item received does not match its description
  • Minor cosmetic wear consistent with the stated condition
  • Format compatibility issues (please ensure you have the correct region/player)

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
  • Refunds will be processed once the item has been inspected
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of:

  • The packaging
  • The damage
  • The shipping label

We will assess the situation and arrange a suitable resolution.

Shipping Costs

Unless the error was on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
