Jason Goes to Hell - DVD
One of the wildest and most divisive entries in the Friday the 13th franchise, this gruesome sequel sees Jason Voorhees seemingly destroyed by an FBI task force. But evil refuses to die, as his supernatural essence begins possessing other people, allowing him to continue his bloody rampage. With its bizarre body-horror moments, outrageous kills and unexpected twists, this is a very different kind of Jason movie.
This New Line Cinema DVD is a great edition for horror collectors, featuring both the unrated and R-rated versions of the film. Extras include director Adam Marcus and screenwriter Dean Lorey’s commentary, alternate scenes from the TV version, a “Jump to a Death” feature and the original theatrical trailer. It also offers widescreen presentation, Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS surround sound.
