Bloodsucking Freaks – The Director’s Cut DVD
Joel M. Reed’s notorious 1976 cult horror is pure Troma excess, taking place in a bizarre theatre where the performances become increasingly gruesome and depraved. Packed with gore, black humour and outrageous exploitation, it’s definitely one for fans of extreme underground cinema.
This Troma Team Video Director’s Cut DVD is packed with extras, including a Lloyd Kaufman introduction, Eli Roth audio commentary, original theatrical trailer, Troma Intelligence Test, interactive tour of Troma, interviews, PSAs and The Aroma du Troma. It’s a great snapshot of Troma’s cult DVD era and a particularly fun collector’s edition.
